Practice management software built exclusively for independent educational consultants.
An all-in-one workspace for running a college consulting practice. Students, college lists, deadlines, essays, and documents live in one place, and college data is pulled together from federal and commercial sources with clear provenance.
Independent educational consultants. That's the whole list.
We don't build for colleges, school districts, or test-prep chains. Serving only IECs means every feature is designed for how your practice actually works.
Most software companies treat support as a cost center to be minimized: a ticket queue, an AI chatbot, a knowledge base to deflect queries. We think that has it backwards. Your practice runs on this software, so when something is confusing, broken, or missing, that's always our top priority.
When you contact us, a real person responds. Questions get answers, bugs get fixed, and feature requests are prioritized. No tiers, no escalation ladder.
A note from our founder
I started AdmitPlatform because my wife, an IEC herself, wasn't having her needs met by the tools available to her. I knew I could build something better. I wanted to combine multiple data sources into one platform, complete with research aids, a stellar college list builder, a family portal, and the best application tracker possible.
Over time, and shaped by her feedback, it became AdmitPlatform. We soft-launched AdmitPlatform in 2023 to a limited number of beta testers. Since then, we've opened it up to everyone and added more features and more data sources based on feedback from consultants like you.
Every time someone gives AdmitPlatform a chance, I'm both humbled and elated. We're a small team, and we're going to stay close to the work. If you have an idea, a complaint, or just want to tell me how your practice runs, I'd genuinely like to hear it.
