What counts as an "active student"?

Active students are those you're currently working with. When a student's college application process is complete, you can archive them. Archived students don't count toward your limit and their data is preserved.

How does Team pricing work for additional members?

The Team plan includes 2 team members in the base price. Need more? Each additional member is $40/mo or $400/yr. Add or remove seats anytime—billing adjusts automatically.

Can I add team members later?

Absolutely. When you invite team members, your subscription automatically adjusts to include the additional seats. Billing changes are prorated so you only pay for what you use.
